In 2013 the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) published the first EU-wide study on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). A public consultation on combating FGM ran until 30 May.

On 18 February 2013 Just Fair ran an event titled ‘Freedom from Hunger: Realising the Right to Food in the UK’.
