On 3 December 2013, the Ministry of Justices published a consultation paper titled ‘Court fees: Proposals for reform’. The consultation closed on 21 January 2014.
In November 2013, the Government published a full response to the 290 recommendations made by Robert Francis, following the public inquiry in to the failings at Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
In November 2013, the Government published its response to the consultation on shared parental leave.

Following Government review, the House of Lords Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee published a follow-up Report on the revised Principles on 5 November 2013.
