EDF, many EDF members and other organisations submitted responses to the Government’s call for evidence to inform the review of the Public Sector Equality Duty.
The consultation ‘Caring for our future: implementing funding reform’ was launched on 18 July 2013. It closed on 25 October 2013.

On 17 July 2013, the JCHR published a call for evidence on ‘Human Rights Judgements’ to be subitted before 27 September 2013.

On 8 July 2013, the JCHR published a call for evidence on Protocol 15 to the European Convention on Human Rights. The call closed on 13 September 2013.
The Scottish Government published the ‘Consultation on the Draft Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Bill: Analysis of Written Responses’ on 27 June 2013.

The consultation on ‘Transforming Legal Aid’ closed on 4 June 2013. EDF and many other organisations submitted responses and published briefings identifying their concerns about the planned changes.
On 23 April 2013, the Ministry of Justice published ‘Reform of Judicial Review: the Government response’ including details of the reforms it will be taking forward.

The Equality and Diversity Forum made a submission to the review of the Code of Practice by the Editors’ Code of Practice Committee.
The Ministry of Justice held a first stakeholder event in March on the mid-term report in the context of the UK’s Universal Periodic Review.
In March 2013, the Government published its response to the Underhill Rules Review consultation which looked at possible changes to the Employment Tribunals rules of procedure.
