On 12 November 2012, the British Academy Policy Centre, EDF and the EDF Research Network held a seminar about recent human rights developments in the UK.

In September 2012, the Equality and Diversity Forum (EDF) submitted its response to the Commission on a Bill of Rights’ second consultation.
In August 2012, the Commission on a Bill of Rights published the responses to its August 2011 Discussion Paper asking ‘Do we need a UK Bill of Rights?’

On 7 August 2012, the Equality and Diversity Forum responded to the Government consultation on employer liability for harassment of employees by third parties.

In July 2012, the Home Secretary paid tribute to EDF at a reception celebrating EDF’s tenth birthday and honouring the individuals who work to create a fairer Britain.
