In January 2013, the EDF and other non-governmental organisations wrote to the Equality and Human Rights Commission offering support to the Commission in fulfilling its role.

On 17 January 2013, King’s College London, the Equality and Diversity Forum (EDF) and the EDF Research Network held an ‘Anglo-German Dialogue on Equality and Human Rights’.

The Equality and Diversity Forum and others submitted responses to the Government’s consultation on proposed changes to judicial review.

The Leveson Inquiry report was published on 29 November. EDF and a number of EDF member, associate and other organisations responded to the report with blogs and comments.
On 23 November 2012, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) published a guide to home care and human rights. The Equality and Diversity Forum welcomed the publication.
