Business in the Community charter: Race at Work

Figures from the Race Disparity Auditโ€™s Ethnicity Facts and Figures website and the BITC Race at Work Survey highlight that people from ethnic minorities persistently encounter significant disparities in employment and progression.

Business in the Community have launched theย Race at Work Charter, in October 2018, which commits businesses who sign up to a set of principles and actions designed to improve the recruitment and progression of ethnic minority employees.
