Gypsy, Roma and Traveller people have the worst outcomes of any ethnic group across a huge range of areas, including education, health, employment, criminal justice and hate crime.

The Home Office have published a guidance on the Windrush compensation scheme, in April 2019.

The highest rate of hate crimes per 100,000 population was recorded in 2017/18 in the Greater Manchester Police Force Area. The lowest rate was found in Dyfed.
This is according to the March 2019 House of Commons Library research paper on hate crime statistics in England and Wales.
