An interactive tool that allows the public to find out the gender pay gap for their occupation was launched by the Minister for Women and Equalities, Justine Greening, in December 2016.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission published its guidance on religion or belief in the workplace in December 2016. The guidance is part of a suite of final products from the Commission’s three-year programme of work on religion or belief, and includes their report ‘Religion or belief – is the law working?’

The British Medical Association launched their Equality Lens in December 2016. This is an information resource providing an equalities analysis of the UK medical workforce in the UK, and will frame the BMA’s equalities work going forward.

The Joint Committee on Human Rights launched an inquiry on the Government’s proposed derogation from the ECHR in December 2016. Written submissions are invited from interested groups and individuals. The deadline for submissions is Friday 31 March 2017.
