Guidance on procurement was published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission in March 2013.
The guidance explains how public authorities may approach the task of ensuring that they comply with the public sector equality duty’s obligations at different stages of the procurement cycle and takes the reader through the equality issues that may need to be considered at each stage.
