EHRC guidance on improving board diversity

In April 2016, the Equality and Human Rights Commission published guidance on improving board diversity. It is a six-step guide for companies and executive search firms on improving the diversity of company boards within the frameworks set out by the Equality Act 2010 and other legislation.
