According to research from Voice4Change England, remote working has proven challenging for young women of colour who are struggling to network and find their feet in the workplace.

Almost half of British employees did some work from home last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been particularly disruptive for young women from ethnic minorities who are under-represented in professional settings.
