Monitoring EU law on racist crime: A guide for civil society was published by the European Network Against Racism (ENAR) in May 2015.

This guide aims to organise and facilitate reporting by ENAR members and other civil society organisations on EU law transposition, and on the effectiveness of the policies adopted by Member States as a result.
