On 4 February 2014, the European Parliament adopted a report calling on the European Commission to adopt an EU Roadmap tackling homophobia, transphobia and discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity (Lunacek Report).
ILGA-Europe welcomed the report as a sign of Parliamentarians’ ‘clear commitment to the EU fundamental principle of equality, non-discrimination and dignity for all’.
