The Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS) advises and assists individuals on issues relating to equality and human rights, across England, Scotland and Wales. EASS can also accept referrals from organisations which, due to capacity or funding issues, are unable to provide face to face advice to local users of their services.
The Service is funded by the Government Equalities Office and replaces the helpline run by the Equality and Human Rights Commission which had operated in England, Wales and Scotland.
The EASS helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. It can be contacted in one of the following ways:
