The Department for Education has launched a review of support for children in need.
This March 2018 policy paper outlines the aims of the review – in particular, to build an evidence base for improving educational outcomes.
The paper includes:
- details of the Review of Children in Need
- a call for evidence on effective practice
- an analysis of data covering characteristics of children in need and their outcomes from early years to adulthood.
