Commons Library Standard Note on the gender pay gap

A Commons Library Standard Note on the gender pay gap published in December 2014 reviews the differences in men’s and women’s earnings.

The document finds that in April 2014, the gender pay gap for all employees was 19.1%, for full-time employees it was 9.4% and for part-time it was -5.5%.
