In this response to the recent report published by the Commission on race and ethnic disparities unit, founder and CEO of the Ubele Initiative Yvonne Field cites the report as a missed opportunity for real, structural change.
Ubele’s response notes that the outcome of the report is deeply disappointing to generations of black and minority ethnic britons who have fought tirelessly for racial justice in the UK, but also to our younger leaders who continue to demonstrate that they will not tolerate racial and social injustice in British society.
