TUC report on disability and employment

The Trades Union Congress (TUC) published a report on employment of disabled people in June 2016. Its analysis claims the government is “years behind schedule” in delivering its manifesto commitment to halve the employment gap between disabled and non-disabled people by 2020 and it will be 2030 before the commitment is delivered. The analysis also reveals that disabled people who do find employment still face a significant wage gap.
