SPAN report on the experiences of single parents on Jobseekers’ Allowance

In 2012, the Single Parent Action Network (SPAN) published ‘Participatory Research Report in Bristol — A Longitudinal Qualitative Study of the Journeys of Single Parents on Jobseekers’ Allowance’.

The report is of research, funded by the Big Lottery Research Programme and carried out with the University of the West of England, following 50 single parents in Bristol for three years after their move from Income Support to Job Seekers Allowance.
