In July 2014, the Government published:
- a report examining the balance of competences between the European Union and the United Kingdom in the area of fundamental rights
- a report examining the balance of competences between the United Kingdom and the European Union in the area of social and employment policy
- Single Market: Free movement of services report: review of the balance of competences
In January 2014, EDF submitted responses to the Fundamental Rights Review and to the Social and Employment Review that are part of the Government’s Balance of Competences Review.
