The state of care in counties was published in March 2015. It is the final report of the County All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) inquiry into integrated care and support in county areas. The inquiry identified the unique challenges that counties face in providing adult social care and makes a series of recommendations for driving forward health and social care integration in these areas.
