The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI) have put out a call for research proposals on National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs). They are inviting researchers to provide a proposal for a research paper on the role of in NHRIs in promoting and protecting economic and social rights in Europe.
The deadline for proposals is 15 February 2019.
The author of the selected proposal will be invited to participate in the 2019 NHRI Academy from 3 June 2019 to 7 June 2019 in Venice, Italy, to present and discuss their research.
Interested researchers are invited to submit a proposal for a research paper linked to the following theme, which will be addressed during the NHRI Academy: Stepping up efforts to effectively promote and protect economic and social rights in Europe: The role of NHRIs.
