The Low Pay Commission consultation have launched a consultation to inform its recommendations for the 2021 National Minimum Wage rates. The deadline for responses is 4 June 2020.
Their main concern is to gather evidence on the effects on employers and workers of the recent increases in the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage. They are also seeking views on business conditions and the economic outlook, especially given factors such as the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
