‘Delivering the Equality Duty. Age matters in public services’ was published by Age UK in October 2011.

The Government Equalities Office provides a range of guidance to support the implementation of the age discrimination ban that commenced on 1 October 2012.

In September 2012, the Culture, Media and Sport Committee published its report on ‘Racism in football’.
This support package has been designed by the Equality and Diversity Forum and Citizens Advice to help Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations use the Equality Duty and specific duties effectively.
