Government Consultation and EDF Response – Reforming the Employment Tribunal system

The Ministry of Justice and Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy launched a consultation on reforming the Employment Tribunal system in December 2016.

Views were sought on issues in implementing wider justice system reform principles in the Employment Tribunal system.  The consultation closed on 21 January 2017.

We responded in January 2017.
