The Equality Challenge Unit (ECU) published ‘The experience of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans staff and students in higher education’ in March 2009.
The report draws on research commissioned by ECU to build an authoritative evidence base of the actual – rather than perceived – experiences of LGBT staff and students.
