In June 2012, the Equality and Diversity Forum held a seminar about the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s Section 31 Assessment of HM Treasury.
In June 2012, Northamptonshire REC published an ‘Equality Duties Audit: Public Authorities in Northamptonshire relating to the publication of information and setting Equality Objectives’.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission published its formal assessment of the Government’s 2010 Spending Review in May 2012.
The EHRC website has a section bringing together research and policy papers about the implementation of (current or previous) equality duties across a range of organisations.
