The project has launched an April 2018 online survey for men who balance work and care responsibilities.
The Equal Lives project aims to highlight and address any barriers that men with caring responsibilities face at work.
Through the survey, the project hopes to identify beneficial workplace practices and policies to tackle inequality and help employers to retain talent.
It asks men above 18 years old to share their experiences, positive or negative, of how their caring responsibilities have been received by their employers.
