European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights report: Experiences and perceptions of antisemitism

Overall, nine in 10 (89 %) respondents in the 2018 survey feel that antisemitism increased in their country in the five years before the survey. This is according to the December 2018 report (pdf) from the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights.

This report outlines the main findings of their second survey on Jewish peopleโ€™s experiences with hate crime, discrimination and antisemitism in the European Union.

Parity and clarity: The case for reforming hate crime law

With a 17% increase in reported hate crime last year, and given the Law Commissionโ€™s review into hate crime law starting in 2019, we gathered experts together to consider the priorities for legal reform.
