The Government Equalities Office (GEO) have published a March 2018 report (pdf) summarising the responses fromย the โReturning to work after time out for caringโ consultation.

Published in April 2018, the report ‘Unhappy Birthday’ argues that, together with the benefits freeze, the two child limit is “the most damaging welfare reform in terms of the long term impact on levels of child poverty.”

There is considerable concern that employment rights and protections for women are at risk after Brexit, creating a more hostile and less supportive working environment for many, both women and men.
