Women on boards: 5 year summary (Davies review)

A summary report from Lord Davies on the approach to increase representation of women on FTSE 100 boards to at least 25% by 2015 was published in October 2015.

This publication gives a summary of the voluntary, business led, approach to increase representation of women on FTSE 100 boards to at least 25% by 2015. The report also sets out Lord Davies’s next step recommendations for further work in this area.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission issued a statement in response to the publication.
