UK Administrative Justice Institute

The UK Administrative Justice Institute (UKAJI) is a ‘virtual hub’ for administrative justice in the UK, funded by the Nuffield Foundation.

Starting in October 2014, UKAJI’s activities will kick start the expansion of empirical research on administrative justice in the UK, in particular to address issues relating to

  • the operation of different administrative justice mechanisms
  • encouraging good early decision-making
  • efficiency and effectiveness of administrative justice systems
  • access to justice
  • enforcement and outcomes.
