TUC report on the impact of employment tribunal fees

At what price justice? The impact of employment tribunal fees suggests ‘that the introduction of fees has had devastating implications  for working people’s access to justice’ and that ‘women have been the principal losers, while low-paid workers have also been priced out of justice due to the government’s restrictive fee remissions scheme.’

The report was published by the TUC in July 2014.
