TUC report on older women in the workforce

Age Immaterial. Women over 50 in the workplace was published by the TUC in February 2014.

This report calls for urgent change: changes in employer attitudes and practices and changes in policy that will ensure that women over 50 finally get a fair deal at work.

Age Immaterial is also a blog providing a platform to highlight and discuss issues affecting working women over 50.
