The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) have launched a consultation on proposed three equality objectives in meeting the regulator’s general equality duty.
The deadline is 26 March 2020.
The Regulator of Social Housing is consulting on a set of proposed equality objectives to meet the requirement to agree and publish such objectives under Section 149 of the Equality Act 2010.
Private registered providers, local authority registered providers, tenants, lenders and other interested stakeholders are invited to give feedback on whether they think the proposed objectives meet the RSH’s obligations under the Equality Act, and if appropriate activity has been identified to help achieve the overall objective.
