Friday 29th May 2020 marked 50 years since the Equal Pay Act 1970 was passed in Parliament. But pay discrimination is still thriving: 29,000 equal pay complaints are brought forward each year and women on average still only earn 82p for every £1 a man earns.
The Equality Trust has created a variety of online tools and resources to take action against unequal pay.
