In March 2015, the Scottish Government published an Equality Evidence Toolkit for Public Authorities.
The Toolkit is designed to help public authorities locate and use equality evidence, aiding them to meet the requirements of the The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties)(Scotland) Regulations 2012.
