NAO report on equality in the Civil Service

Published in June 2015 by the National Audit Office (NAO), this study focuses on the government’s approach to achieving an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.  The study finds ‘good progress over time but also some tailing off. While progress has been made for some of the key characteristics it has plateaued more recently, in particular for senior grades’.
