Ministry of Justice: ‘Responding to human rights judgements’

In September 2012, the Ministry of Justice published ‘Responding to human rights judgments. Report to the Joint Committee on Human Rights on the Government’s response to human rights judgments 2011-12’.

This is the latest report in a series of broadly annual papers to the Joint Committee on Human Rights (the Joint Committee) setting out the Government’s position on the implementation of adverse human rights judgments from the European Court of Human Rights and the domestic courts.
