Ministry of Justice report on ‘The Varying Paths to Justice’

The Varying Paths to Justice. Mapping problem resolution routes for users and non-users of the civil, administrative and family justice systems was published by the Ministry of Justice in December 2015.

This study was therefore commissioned by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to improve understanding of how people seek to resolve their problems and the influences that shape decision-making when faced with a civil, administrative or family justice problem, including those with domestic abuse.

It presents some timely implications to support people to resolve their problems within a changing justice landscape.
