Mapping Administrative Justice in Scotland

Mapping Administrative Justice and Tribunals in Scotland was published by the Scottish Tribunals & Administrative Justice Advisory Committee in February 2016.

The Committee was established to provide external, expert scrutiny of the administrative justice and tribunals systems in Scotland. The mapping report is the result of the Committee’s vision to build up a picture of the way in which administrative justice reaches into all aspects of our private, organisational and business lives, as well as to illustrate the very fragmented administrative justice landscape.

The Committee published Making Decisions Fairly with a case study annex in November 2015.

The UK Administrative Justice Institute published a blog on the Committee’s work in February 2016.
