On 28 April 2016, the Rt Hon Harriet Harman, Chair of the Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR), wrote to the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP regarding a British Bill of Rights following comments made by the Home Secretary concerning the UK’s future relationship with the European Convention on Human Rights and inviting Michael Gove to give oral evidence to the Committee on 25 May.
On 17 May Michael Gove responded to the letter.
