JUSTICE has produced a briefing on the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill (pdf), ahead of its second reading in September 2017.
The briefing highlights four key areas of concern:
- There is far too much resort to delegated powers
- Preservation of acquired fundamental rights
- The loss of reciprocal justice arrangements and procedures
- The interpretation of EU law following exit day.
