JUSTICE briefing: European Union (Withdrawal) Bill

JUSTICE has produced a briefing on the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill (pdf), ahead of its second reading in September 2017.

The briefing highlights four key areas of concern:

  1. There is far too much resort to delegated powers
  2. Preservation of acquired fundamental rights
  3. The loss of reciprocal justice arrangements and procedures
  4. The interpretation of EU law following exit day.
