Joseph Rowntree Foundation: Minimum Income Standard 2017 report

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) has published its July 2017 report on minimum income standards. Rising inflation and fewer state benefits have made it harder for families to have what the public considers “an acceptable minimum standard of living.”
