IFS report on ‘the evolution of wealth in Great Britain’

The evolution of wealth in Great Britain: 2006-08 to 2010-12 was published in November by the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).

The report confirms that total household wealth is distributed very unequally and that some of the inequality in wealth holdings reflects lifecycle factors. It maps the evolution of household wealth over time and compiles data on attitudes towards saving.
