In July 2010, the Institute of Community Cohesion (iCoCo) published the second edition of ‘Understanding and monitoring tension and conflict in local communities. A practical guide for local authorities, police service and partner agencies’.
The guide aims to help local agencies and communities to get ‘upstream’ of problems and manage tensions through a measured partnership response.
