Government report: ‘The case for the disabled customer’

On 30 August 2010, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Office for Disability Issues published ‘2012 Legacy for Disabled People: Inclusive and Accessible Business. Improving Messages to SMEs. The Case for the Disabled Customer’.

This report sets out the economic and business case for business to be more inclusive. It provides examples of small businesses that have successfully addressed disabled customer requirements and shows the business benefits associated with improved accessibility.
