In September 2013, the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) launched ‘Joining up fundamental rights’ – an online collection of tools on how to implement fundamental rights across all levels and sectors of government.
It offers advice to help integrate fundamental rights into policy making, service delivery, and administrative practices.
