‘Good Business: Implementing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights’ covers:
- the State’s duty to protect human rights;
- UK companies’ responsibility to respect human rights;
- access to remedy for human rights abuses resulting from business activity; and
- the UK action plan for implementing the principles.
