The Equality and Human Rights Performance Framework is intended to help community or voluntary sector organisations use equality and human rights more effectively in their work. It can help to assess performance now, plan next steps and track progress.
The framework was developed by a group of voluntary and community organisations, led by the Equality and Diversity Forum.
